Crest Hardware Art Show June 30

Crest Hardware Store in Williamsburg has an annual summer art exhibit, all of the artworks are displayed in the store among the merchandise and have some relationship to the theme of hardware. It’s a lot of fun and brings out a unique creative spirit. The works are whimsical, clever, inventive, and display a huge range of talent and ability. I’m very happy to be participating and will be showing the “Artbot” – a 21 inch tall figure made from wood and assorted hardware featuring three abstract paintings. I think of it as a 3D version of my artwork turned inside out. There’s a massive launch party on Saturday, June 30th with food, drinks, live music – it’s perfect for all ages and is a guaranteed good time. I hope to see you there!

TIME OUT NEW YORK – Crest Fest named as one of Time Out New York’s “Cool Free Events” of the summer. “There’s a cadre of talented artists capable of turning lug nuts, bolts and rivets into show-worthy pieces—and they’re out in full force at this annual art exhibition.”
